Please allow 15 business days for all Free Standard Shipping orders to arrive. If your order is not delivered within 20 business days, please submit a non-receipt claim to order@Enpack.com. All claims must be made within 40 business days from the order date. Otherwise the claim will not be accepted.

 

 

Incorrect Delivery & Lost Package Claim


Incorrect delivery is defined as any incident where the carrier delivers the package to the wrong address or individual. Lost package may occur in two ways: 

  A. Package is not able to be located within the carrier network. 
  B. Package may be considered lost when the carrier claims delivery was completed by leaving the package on the doorstep, but the package was never received.

Moved or provided invalid address


Please note Enpack.com will only ship the order to the shipping address on your order. If you have moved to a different address or provided an invalid address, the package will be returned to Enpack.com.com even if you have requested any forwarding service. Enpack.com will consider this situation as Unauthorized return and reserve the right to charge the 15% restocking fee on the final price of the order plus applicable non-deliverable shipping and handling fee.

 

Incorrect Parts & Missing Item Claim


 

If you have received your order and an item is missing or incorrect item was sent, please provide the following information and notify us by e-mail immediately to order@Enpack.com. We will review the order and respond within 2-5 business days.

  • Name & order number
  • Item number & Quantity of the missing item
  • Digital pictures of the item/package maybe required
  • Please DO NOT discard anything from the package (including the box and packing material)

 


In these circumstances, we will put in a claim with the carrier. The order will be reshipped or refunded once the carrier accepts the claim. Please allow approximately 3 to 7 business days for the investigation and settlement to be processed.

Order Discrepancy 


If you receive damaged/incorrect or missing items in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 7 business days from the date of delivery. 

Certain information may be required for verification:
 

-Photo of the packing envelope/box
 

-Photo of the packing list
 

-Photo of the damage/incorrect item
 

Customers may send the above information to Chris@enpack.com. A representative will review the order and respond within 48 hours.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling Charges

  1. Enpack.com will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. If the shipping fee does NOT appear, please review your information again or contact us after you have placed your order. You can contact Enpack via mail to chris@Enpack.com.
  2. In order for our system to provide an accurate shipping fee quote, please be sure to enter a valid shipping address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.

Shipping Methods

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing.

  1. One-Day Shipping
  2. Two-Day Shipping
  3. Three-Day Shipping
  4. Ground service (usually takes 5-7 business days for products shipped from our US warehouse)
  5. Ground service (usually takes 2-3 weeks for products shipped from our China warehouse)
  6. USPS Parcel service for P.O. Box, military address (APO/FPO), U.S. Protectorates
  7. International Shipping (Please read our International order policy)

Important: We do NOT accept a customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, USPS or any other carriers) for any order.

Ground Expedited Service

Ground Expedited Service guarantees 10 business days delivery from your payment confirmation date. This service is offered for most items shipped from our China warehouse.

If your order was not delivered within the time frame, we will refund the $1.99 Ground Expedited Service fee back to your credit cards or PayPal account.

Please note that there are certain scenarios which are not within our control and could delay your order delivery. In such cases, we are unable to refund the $1.99 Ground Expedited Service.

They are including but not limited to: 

- Customer entered an incorrect shipping address
- Customer has an address forwarding service with US Post Office
 
- Extreme weather that prevents package delivery
 
- Strike by UPS/Fedex/DHL/USPS drivers

Shipping Terms & Conditions

  1. All orders to be processed within approximately one to two "business" days, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Enpack does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the Next Monday even air shipment, so Ground shipment will be more economical.
  2. In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.
  3. We offer Free Ground Shipping for selected items only. Please note that any item(s) NOT indicated as Free Ground Shipping will be charged the appropriate shipping fee. For Free Ground Shipping, we will ship by either Fedex Ground or United State Post Service (USPS). It applies to orders shipped within the U.S. only, excluding P.O. Box, Military Address (APO/FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island. 
  4. Enpack requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.
  5. We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne, or other carriers) for any order.

International Order Policy

COUNTRY IMPORT RESTRICTIONS:

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Enpack.com will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
